Ordered this creme brûlée cake and it's super good. My new fave. Not as sweet as the midnight dream. Love the four layer soft sponge cake and the vanilla and buttercream filling! Especially the crunchy burnt egg custard topping.

Yesterday afternoon, I had the urge to have coffee shake gelato again for dessert. This is the precise time to prepare a coffee gelato shake at Caramia Glorietta branch. Customers are given a time frame of 7-10 minutes. Unlike at Caramia Robinson's Manila branch, when you order a coffee shake, they tell customers that it will take 15-20 minutes, but honestly, they prepared the coffee shake in almost 2-3 minutes. I'm just comparing the services of two Caramia branches. Sorry.

Service was neither bad nor exceptional — just okay. There wasn’t much warmth or welcoming energy, and no noticeable smiles. It felt more like a quick transaction, with staff focused on scooping and moving the line along rather than creating a friendly experience. That said, the team was efficient. Both the gelato scooper and cashier handled orders quickly, which helped keep things running smoothly. One thing I appreciate is that the gelato is weighed. This makes pricing fair and ensures consistency in portion sizes — an important factor for quality control and customer trust. As for flavors, the pistachio and strawberry were my favorites. The chocolate was also very good — rich and satisfying. Overall, I would recommend this place for solid gelato and efficient service.

AMBIENCE We're glad to finally see a branch in Glorietta! This one is near Jipan, Sakura and Tiger Sugar on the second floor of Glorietta 4. A few seats are available at the right side by the mirror and you can't miss their location with all the bright lights going on. FLAVORS Pistachio was extremely nutty, Coffee Mudslide had strong-tasting coffee and Strawberry Supreme was uncommonly tasty. All flavors were very creamy! SERVICE They were quick on the scoops but still managed to serve us a lot in a cup. 1 scoop looked like 2 scoops!
